Prove Yourself is a short game inspired by classic Zelda. Play as a young protagonist who wants to become an adventurer but lacks the proper equipment; until a mysterious voice tells her where to find a sword.
My first ever game! Made for ShovelJam 2025 with the theme "Just Getting Started"
Wanted to add more features but I missed the first 2 days of the game jam, hope you enjoy regardless!
Controls
- Arrow keys: Move/Select
- Z: Attack/Confirm
- Esc: Pause
